This beautiful 18ct yellow gold diamond and ruby brooch is in an abstract design reminiscent of a spider's web. The gold has been lightly textured and consists of a web of ridges and con-joining valleys randomly claw set with 6 rubies and 3 diamonds. It has a rotating safety catch and has been hallmarked by the London Assay office for 18ct gold and the year 1989. It also has a rectangular gold plate stamped "18ct" and "TJM" which I believe is for Trevor J Marsh .
