A vintage Norwegian silver and shaded (green/olive/brown) enamel plaque with applied silver decoration.The plaque is unmarked but see Warman's JEWELERY by Christie ROMERO 3rd Edition - Norwegian Jewelery page 243. The V shaped torque is not original to the plaque and in fact is Swedish, with Swedish hallmarks for 1977 with the markers mark BeH for Bengt Hallberg Guldsmeds
