Each shoulder is set with a baguette cut citrine, orange garnet, peridot, blue topaz & amethyst with diamond set 14ct white gold plates set into the shoulders above the citrine & orange garnet.

The tapering 14ct yellow gold shank is marked "14K" & "JCR".
