The top of each of these dramatic earrings contains an oval amethyst in an 18ct yellow gold rubover setting raised above a scalloped edge back plate attached to which is a post for pierced ears.

Suspended from each round top is a pear shaped articulated 18ct yellow gold drop.
In the top of the drop is a pear shaped diamond set in an 18ct yellow gold rubover setting. .
The 18ct yellow gold in the top of the drop is textured on the front & rear.
Below the textured section is a pear shaped amethyst in a rubber setting surrounded by a diamond set 18ct white gold plate.

There are 18ct yellow gold butterflies.
