This very elegant Art Deco chrome and black lacquer uplighter has a circular black lacquer metal base with an inner chrome disc and a rounded V shaped black lacquer stem leading to a half moon chrome bowl with an incised ring around the top of the bowl. A very stylish way to provide mood lighting.
