Art Deco macassar ebony chrome tray with mirrored base

This is such an elegant tray. Rectangular in shape it has a mirrored base with chrome square tubes on the longest sides and macassar ebony on the shortest sides into which the arched chrome handles fit. It has small chrome spherical feet. The wooden base has a gilt stamp "Regent Products" with "DS" in an oblong cartouche with a coronet above. From my research this appears to be the mark of Regents of London who produced a lot of dressing table sets. Useable or decorative the choice is yours.
