Art Deco nickel plated & bakelite dog bookends

These fantastic Art Deco bookends are nickel plated. Each one consists of a solid rectangular base at one end of which is a nickel plated hoop within which is a domed upright nickel plated plate. An abstract nickel plated dog with a black bakelite head is standing on its hind legs with its front paws against the domed shaped plate. These are just great decorative items but of course can be used for your books or DVDs or even as a letter rack.
