Art Deco red & black bakelite belt

I think that this was originally a belt but it could be worn as a necklace either double or as a single length.

Made during the Art Deco period it has 8 flat oblong black bakelite pieces, 4 flat kite shaped red bakelite pieces & 3 red bakelite smooth beads in a symmetrical pattern joined by red bakelite round links.

The fastener is a black bakelite flattened hook that hooks into a round red bakelite link with a small flat kite shaped red bakelite finial/tag.

The length is adjustable - you can fasten the hook into any of the red links.
