Blue sapphire tsavorite diamond 18ct yellow & white gold brooch/pendant

Another dramatic piece this time a brooch/pendant.

The abstract design consists of polished & textured 18ct yellow gold overlapping openwork plaques set with a cushion shaped blue sapphire.
Above the sapphire are 5 emerald cut tsavorites (green garnets) with a row of 3 round diamonds set to the right hand side of the tsavorites.
Below the single sapphire is a curved row of 6 round sapphires with 5 round diamonds below.
There is an 18ct white gold diamond set openwork plaque set on the left hand side of the 6 sapphires.

The brooch has fittings for a chain.
