Ceramic abstract design plaque brooch

This very interesting ceramic plaque brooch has a glazed white background with a raised greenish black paddle shaped section which in turn has a round textured creamy/beige centre. Separating the paddle shaped section from the white glazed background is a textured light brown border. There is an indecipherable incised signature on the back of the brooch.
