Compagnie Generale Transatlantic French Line cased dice

This set of cased dice is a great object and souvenir from the French shipping company Compagnie Generale Transatlantique for its French Line. The dark blue hard pouch-like case has a button fastener and opens to reveal 5 composite dice each one decorated with a king a queen and a knave on 3 of the faces and symbols in red and black on 2 of the faces with the sixth face being impressed " Cie Gle Transatlantique French Line" and a black symbol. The inside of the lid is embossed with " Cie Gle Transatlantique French Line" in silver lettering. Presumably they were sold on board ship or given to passengers but a great thing to have.
