Imitation amber graduated bead necklace

These graduated imitation amber round beads are a super dark honey colour.

In the centre is a large round bead with two small round beads on either side with graduated round beads leading to the barrel clasp and a length of beads that would hang down the back.

The beads are made of a type of plastic but are not bakelite.

They were probably made in the late 1930s.

They would look lovely on crisp white linen or on black so a very versatile piece
