This is a superb bowl made by Michael Hunter for Twists Glass in 2019. Known as a Willow Spirit bowl the round clear glass foot supports a black willow cane bowl with a lime green rim. The base is scratch signed "M Hunter Twists 19" and has the Twists Glass studio label.
