Michael Hunter for Twists Glass purple scent bottle with latticino cane stopper

Another early piece made in 2003 by Michael Hunter for Twists Glass that offers up something different every time you look at it..

The bottle is made of dark purple glass overlaid with interlocking white purple & iridescent canes.
It sits in & is fused to a high sided tray that is made of clear glass with spiralling white & pink canes.

The large flattened heart shaped stopper (could also be a scarab beetle or even angel wings) is a latticino cane with a black glass bead centre and pink & purple canes that spiral out from the centre at the front and over the top into the centre at the back.
Which ever way you look at the stopper the purple & pink canes are either laid over the top of or behind the white latticino cane.

The base is scratch signed "M Hunter Twists 03".
