Nanna Ditzel for Georg Jensen silver clip earrings

These lovely silver clip earrings were designed by Nanna Ditzel for the Danish silversmith Georg Jensen. Each square domed earring has an open work design of silver "branches" running from a domed bar that runs diagonally across the centre of the earring. The underside of each earring bears the Jensen mark that has been in existence since the mid 1940s namely the oval cartouche stamped "Georg Jensen". In addition each earring is stamped "925S Denmark 389"
