Raffles top hat glass ashtray

This ticks a lot of boxes - it's a top hat and is black with gold & red decoration! The gold Raffles signature has a red line running through it and is an ashtray but could be used for flowers or as a pin tray on your desk.
I do not think that this is memorabilia from the Raffles Hotel in Singapore as the hotel uses a distinctive logo with a different font.
