This is a very dramatic ring designed by Toma Clark Haines for Republic of Toma Fashion.
It is known as the "Under the Sea " ring and it was inspired by Toma's winter trips to Palm Beach.
The pieces take inspiration from items found under the sea.
The ring is made of silver that has been plated with 18ct yellow gold (vermeil) & black rhodium.
In the centre of the ring is a irregular shaped & faceted pale aquamarine.
The aquamarine is held in place by claws designed as starfish.
The openwork gallery is set with multi coloured sapphires that are set into black rhodium above the vermeil
The aquamarine: 33.07ct
The sapphires: 3.45ct
Weight: 0.7ozs - 20gms
Ring size: N.5 (UK) - 7 (US)
Weights, colours & clarities of the stones are estimated as the stones have been examined and measured in their settings. Where the stones carry an independent certificate this will be indicated.
