Rossi gilt metal drop clip earrings

These very stylish clip earrings by Rossi were probably made in the 1980-90s. Made of gold tone metal they are in two sections. The top section is an upside down heart with an applied textured scallop shell centre. The bottom section is suspended from the top by a gold tone link and is shaped like an acorn in its cup. On the back of each top section is a round disc that is script signed "Rossi" with "Bijoux" stamped below in an oblong cartouche. The top and bottom sections are hollow.
