This gorgeous elegant 18ct white gold ring has a fine blue cushion cut claw set sapphire. On each shoulder are three round diamonds in mille-grained rubover settings in two columns, two in the inner column and one in the outer to form a triangle. The 18ct white gold shank is stamped for 18ct white gold.
