Set of silver plated salts & spoons in Mappin & Webb box

This lovely set comprises four silver plated and gilded salts in the shape of half barrels with handles and four silver plated spoons in the shape of shovels. They present in a fitted leather trim hexagonal box which is ones with a purple velvet compartmentalised base and a padded purple silk lined top embossed "MAPPIN & WEBB SILVERSMITHS TO THE QUEEN LONDON & SHEFFIELD". The salts and spoons are not marked but were probably made in the 1930s and may have been retailed by Mappin & Webb rather than made by them.
