Silver plate & galalith cocktail stick holder & cocktail sticks

This tactile little silver plated cocktail stick holder is in the shape of an ice bucket. It has round red galalith handles and incised rings around the top and bottom. There are 10 silver plate cocktail sticks with round red galalith tops to match the handles on the ice bucket. The ice bucket is stamped with a square cartouche but I can only decipher a star and the letters M & G within the cartouche, the rest being indistinct.
