Small transfer printed vase

I bought this little vase at least 10 years ago because I loved it.
I thought that the transfer printed scene of men on horseback riding through a forest full of flowers was very charming.
I do not know where or when it was made but the clothes worn by the riders would suggest that it is not an English piece however that is pure conjecture.
It could even be a drinking glass but the fact that the transfer print covers the whole of the glass leads me to think that it is a vase.

It would look lovely holding a bunch of lilies of the valley or winter violas.
