South American engraved gourd with white metal leaves & stem

Once you find one gourd you find another! Again this is from South America possibly Peru and is shaped more like an orange with 4 shaped and incised white metal leaves. It is engraved with village scenes including men & women sheep & llama.

The top section is engraved with a sun and moon and mythical depictions of a lizard, a bird snakes and lions and ancient Inca type buildings.
