Stuart Devlin silver & silver gilt & enamel Jack-in the-Box Surprise Egg

I love the Stuart Devlin Surprise Eggs and this one is great! The gilded silver exterior is decorated with whorls and open to reveal "Jack-in the Box" leaping out of a box with a pair of scissors & cut ribbon lying on each side of the box on a green enamel base. The Jack is on a spring, has black enamelled hair, orange cheeks & a red nose & lips. The exterior of the egg is hallmarked by the London Assay Office for 1980 silver and bears the sponsor's mark "SD" for Stuart Devlin. It is also numbered "207" It is presented in its box and has the its gold certificate booklet that confirms that it is No. 207 of a limited edition of 300.
