Keith Murray for Mappin & Webb small silver plated tray

This small tray was designed for Mappin & Webb by Keith Murray. There are 3 incised rings running around the broad rim above a shall step down centre. The base is signed "Mappin & Webb Ltd Mappin Plate London & Sheffiled" with an "A" in a shield shaped cartouche and "W28078" and "R.247". I am not sure if this a card tray or a bottle stand but it can be put to whatever use you have for it.
