This ring holder/tray was made by the English company Seba.
The cat is silver plated ver base metal and has an erect tail for holding your rings.
It stands on a round tray with a raised ridged rim & an engraved foliate base.
The underside of the tray is stamped "Silver plated Seba Made in England"
