William Rogers Art Deco silver plated cocktail shaker

This large handsome cocktail shaker was made by the Canadian company William Rogers. Made of silver plated copper it has a round convex base leading to a flared body with spout with a screw on textured cap and handle and a removable tiered lid. Decorative & useful
The base is stamped "Wm Rogers Hamilton. Can. E.P. on Copper W.M.Mts. 323 64ozs" with an eagle and star emblem being the mark or William Rogers that was used on holloware from 1938 until 1976. This piece was probably made during the early part of the period that the mark was used.
